I’ve experienced this in offices universally wherever I go and the agitation is always aimed at me - and any other white guys. White men.
It’s like a club of conspirators. They have this cunning unspoken agreement to take out the white men by agitating them to submission.
Some men of other persuasions will engage in it from time to time but it is more or less purely a female power play.
Men will make an argument -perhaps dirty/drunk ones will call you out to fisticuffs - on the other hand women just agitate you by increment.
