I have a dumb troll hater (literally does not speak) upstairs neighbor who all she does is shake and shock me when I click my mouse. She is literally standing/sitting/hovering over me at all times doing this. If I go into the bathroom she will follow me and shake while I brush my teeth. She is an obsessed hater troll. She will stay up around the clock and shake and shock me with stomps and various other agitation propaganda and sudden jolts and jarring vibration activity coming through the floor certainly aimed at me. I know she is aiming everything at me and that she is obsessed with me because she lets me know that she knows everything I am doing. And she wants me to know that she knows that I know that she knows everything that is going on. This is not a logical struggle. It is merely a struggle for power and to make me miserable. I tried talking to her before she lies about it and says she is not doing it. It is despicable. She stays in her apt 24/7 running around and stomping shaking and shocking, agitating like propaganda. I’ve never heard her speak except for 1 time - 1 time! - she said, “I heard that” when she thought I was talking to her about something... That’s it. This girl is sick in the head. And she creeps and stalks around the apartment and creeps up on me through the floor with sudden movements and loud Boom! sounds etc. It is like hell on earth being underneath her as a neighbor. This is like a past time for her. I know she doesn’t do anything else. And she is certainly subsidized to do this because she doesn’t work. She doesn’t do anything but harass me!
Her boyfriend just walked in the door and I heard her say “Shhhh!”
Clicking my mouse is literally like the lazer maze scene in Mission Impossible. If I click at the wrong time I get hit with an electrical shock in my gut. Even if I do time it perfectly half the time I still get shocked.
