Diversity is so great a strength it requires subsidies to sustain itself. The diversity regulation to impose quotas via Affirmative Action Civil Penalties for white men countenances a term with legal ramifications - viz., racism. Racism is a charge levied by a Jew/non-white against a white male with the implication that he is violating EEOC, which can get him fired from a job. In other countries this charge is more serious, even criminal carrying penalties including jail time.
Either way, diversity comes with penalties for white men for offending diversity. There is a set of statutes subsidizing diversity that only apply to white men. There are penalties only levied against white men, a superset of strictures, a more strict standard of conduct. The strength of diversity, apparently, is punishing white men and extracting a toll from them.
