It’s frustrating when Trump’s (and white males’ in general) self-defense is characterized as ‘discrimination’ but in our current LBJ/Civil Rights/Affirmative Action socio-economic-political environment of circuitous regulation to hamstring & subdue the white male, it’s the status quo.
The new right new conservative partially libertarian and even stone cold conservative elements of Republicanism stand for the traditional family, at the heart & hearth of which lies the woman - just in a traditional gender role, modified perhaps to fit within the current modern context of 2 person economic earners. The patriarchal tradAmericana Christian Republican cherishes women and cannot sustain his society without them - and children.
The Affirmative Action left cannot change the female gender even though it has done mental gymnastics to recharacterize it. The female is maternal she has the child and the male is paternal he cares for the family. Nobody can change that. Men will never start having babies on their own or stop being protectors unless they are weak. Politics cannot change that.
